EVERYTHING ABOUT BACKPACK PROBLEM

Thank you for all your help but almost nothing worked as I even now can’t do an iCloud back up. I did everything you stated and in many cases restored from scratch and the two my iPhone thirteen & iPhone XR at the same time can not backup into the cloud. I also reset my modem but almost everything operates on the two iPhones just the ICloud back
